This month’s newsletter features a recap of our April adventures, including an enchanting overnight experience through Wilson’s Promontory and Gippsland, another special team member spotlight, and our feature experience is our On Demand Concierge Service.

What’s happening at Your Exclusive Tours?

April was interesting with Easter, School Holidays, and Anzac Day all spread throughout the month. Our bookings were scattered throughout, meaning some quality family time, exploring some of favourite destinations and discovering some new places. Furthermore, our excitement is building for ATE24 here in Melbourne.

Following a similar trend from March there was no one tour that stood out in April. A trend that arose was destination combinations for private tours. For example: Yarra Valley to Phillip Island, Melbourne City & Mornington Peninsula, Wilsons Promontory & Gippsland, and Melbourne to Great Ocean Road to Bellarine Peninsula to Phillip Island via helicopter.

Your Exclusive Tours has been fortunate to receive many word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business from our guests. In the last week of April, we received a phone call at 14:00 on a Friday afternoon from a valued client asking whether we were available over the weekend for a Wilsons Promontory and Gippsland getaway. With a quick clean of the vehicle and packing a bag for a weekend away, we were off with our guests Peter and his daughter Ella. What amazing weekend away!!

Team Member Spotlight – Nabil Salameh

Each month we highlight a member of the YET team and let you get to know them a little better. This month our spotlight is on YET’s Strategic Advisor, Nabil Salameh

1. What is your role at Your Exclusive Tours?
   I specialise in helping businesses grow. During the pandemic, a business networking group called “Our Local Firm” was rekindled to support business owners during these challenging times. Through some robust discussions, I joined the Your Exclusive Tours team in October 2020 to help build and implement growth strategies, systems, and processes. Since then, I have worked with Rob & Kylie to build the Your Exclusive Tours business.
2. If you weren’t part of the Your Exclusive Tours team, what other job would you like to attempt? 
   Well – I do love what I do.  But if I wasn’t, then I’d be a professional traveller and experience collector.  I’ve been blessed to have done a fair bit of travelling but there’s so much more to see and do!
3. Tell us something about yourself that we don’t know
   I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. I’ve been this way for a long, long time. In my business I work with business owners to help them run and grow successful businesses and to enjoy it. In my personal life, I am heavily involved in a charity called Bridge Builders Youth Charity, where we have youth make a positive impact in their lives through our programs and events.
4. What is your favourite quote?
