In this month’s newsletter we bring you up to date on all that’s happening at Your Exclusive Tours, our highlighted supplier is Alba Thermal Springs and the destination experience of the month is Puffing Billy and the Dandenong Ranges.
What’s happening at Your Exclusive Tours?
It is time to celebrate the third birthday of ‘Have You Heard YET?!’ as we’ve been releasing episodes for 3 years this month. I love the fact we receive positive feedback from our loyal readers and that we continue to grow our readership.
With the start of March has come the change of seasons into Autumn and we have continued to enjoy an extended summer with warm weather and amazing days. The beginning of the month was slow and has come home strong with a lot of last-minute bookings, which has been fantastic! Sometimes I wish I had a crystal ball to predict the flow of bookings, however Your Exclusive Tours prides itself on handling last minute tour experiences for our guests.
There are many challenges in running a small business and the last month has certainly seen an increase in running costs. With the conflict in the Middle East, fuel prices have increased via 80% over the last 3 weeks of March. Your Exclusive Tours has absorbed this cost and is now looking at ways to implement a cost-effective solution that minimises impact to our guests and our operational and financial efficiencies.
March highlights include:
Our guest Leslie had heard rave reviews about Lune for their croissants and coffee, hence afternoon tea was sorted.
We hosted the original OG @hotchocolateallovertheworld on a Shore Excursion. She has a passion for shopping and all things unique and individualistic. Her choice of hat from the Queen Vic Market is a prime example
We celebrated Haydn and Amber’s wedding in the spectacular Dandenong Ranges at Yarra Ranges Estate, handling their Wedding Transport and Transfers.
A gourmet chocolate tasting at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie on our Yarra Valley Private Experience. Tasting host Tanya always adds a special touch and leaves our guests wanting more!
Review of the Month
This month’s review is from Alice, who experienced the Great Ocean Road with Chauffeur Guide Peter. Her review translates as “Excellent tour!!!!! It’s really worth visiting, the scenery is incredible, the driver Peter was very friendly and attentive!!!!!!!”.
