What’s happening at Your Exclusive Tours?
Where did the month go? We just marched right through the month here at Your Exclusive Tours.
It has been a busy month and we love getting to know our guests through the booking process or as we are heading out on tour. Our team prides itself on our company motto “Your Tour, Your Experience”.
For one reason or another, a lot of last-minute stops, photos, encounters, tastings, or activities have been included on our tours. Whether this is at the start, during, or at the end of the tour or transfer.
To our small team, it is very rewarding seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter & banter, and capturing that photo or video moment for our guests. Some of these magical March moments have included:
- A barn owl encounter at Moonlit Sanctuary
- Sampling the beers at Watts River Brewery whilst playing table tennis in a Mates Memories Experience.
- The wedding of Adrian & Emma at Yarra Ranges Estate. Emma in her stunning wedding dress and then First Look of the bride & groom to be.
YET ticks an item off a bucket list…
We have lost count with the number of cruise ships coming into port this season, and our Melbourne City Sight & Surrounds Private Experience has been very popular as a shore excursion. Our tour is designed in such way that it showcases the highlights of Melbourne.
As we were getting to know our guests Jack & Greg, we found out a bucket list item was to have their photo taken in front of Rod Laver Arena. As tennis players and avid fans, both Jack & Greg had their photo taken in front of all the major grand slam venues except for Rod Laver Arena.
The last location to visit on our shore excursion was Rod Laver Arena. Jack & Greg were like 2 kids in a candy store as they got out of the vehicle to have their photo taken in front of Rod Laver Arena. The smiles of achieving their bucket list and now having a photo in front of all major tennis grand slam venues.
Have you heard about our “On Demand Concierge Service”?
Throughout March Your Exclusive Tours collaborated with its various stakeholders using our “On Demand Concierge Service” to create several private tours.
The “On Demand Concierge Service” is our completely customisable service where we provide a Chauffeur Guide in one of our luxury Mercedes Benz vehicles for their booking. The guest has the opportunity to travel to their desired locations or destinations, visit wish list attractions, or catch the amazing sights & surrounds our beautiful city and state has to offer.
The key feature of our On Demand Concierge Services is the: fun, freedom, and flexibility it provides to create, explore, and experience your own private tour and transfer. It can range from 3 to 12 hours in duration.
Our guests have had many highlights from using this service including:
- VIP shopping experience at the fashion capital – Chadstone Shopping Centre
- Meet and greet for ground transfers whether being in the Yarra Valley, Phillip Island, and 12 Apostles.
- Agricultural site inspections across Victoria.
