What type of vehicles do you use?

Your Exclusive Tours vehicle of choice is Mercedes Benz. Our fleet includes a Mercedes Benz SUV, VClass Van, and Sprinter.

How many passengers does each Mercedes Benz seat?
  • Mercedes Benz GLB 250 – 2 Passengers
  • Mercedes Benz VClass (Tourer – 7 Passengers)
  • Mercedes Benz Sprinter – 10 Passengers
  • For larger groups via request, we use Mercedes Benz Coaches seating up to 50 passengers to assist with transfers.
Can I view the vehicles before booking?

You are most welcome to inspect our Mercedes Benz vehicles at any time. Please kindly contact our office to make an appointment.

Are you able to drink alcohol in the vehicles?

We have a strict No Alcohol policy in our vehicles. We supply complimentary bottled water for your ride with us.

Do you supply Baby / Child Car Seats?

We can provide a baby seat which can be either forward or rear facing and child booster seat.

Can you supply transport or transfers for guests that have wheelchairs or mobility aids?

We have provided transport and transfers for guests that’ve had wheelchairs or mobility aids. We ask that you contact our office to discuss their capacity and requirements.

Are you able to make multiple pickups and drop offs at the end of the night?

Yes, we are able to make multiple pickups and drop offs at the end of night. Speaking with one of our friendly team members we can make this happen. We do need to take into consideration pick up & drop off points, timeframe,
whether our vehicles can get safely in and out of the area, and best route for the movement.

Do you take your vehicles down dirt roads?

Yes, we take our vehicles down dirt roads. Should we have any concerns with the access or location of the wedding destination, we may make a time to meet you onsite to inspect and discuss your requirements.

How long in advance should I book our wedding transport and transfers?

In our professional experience, wedding transport is one of the most important items to book for your wedding day. We would recommend you plan and understand your wedding transport requirements in the early stages of
planning your wedding. We have worked with couples 18 months out from their wedding date to plan their wedding transport and transfer requirements.

What is the price point to book your wedding transport and transfers?

As our Wedding Destination packages are all customised and tailored to suit your wedding day, the price point is influenced by your transport and transfer requirements. It may range from a couple of hundred dollars to a few
thousand dollars. Let’s have a chat to understand your wedding day requirements and we can provide a personalised quote to you.

How can I make a booking for your services?

Once you have received a quote from us and are happy to proceed, we ask that you contact our office to make the booking.

How can I make payment for the booking?

A deposit is required to secure the booking which is payable via Credit Card. It is $200.00 or 30% of the total booking value whichever is greater. Once the deposit is paid, the balance of the payment is due the week of the
booking. We accept the following payments methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, & Amex will incur a 2% surcharge)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash
