Measuring 243 kilometres long, the Great Ocean Road is mostly known for spectacular scenery and wonderful wildlife – but it also has a rich history that makes this an absolute must-do experience.

A small, yet surprising part of the Great Ocean Road is the unexpected temperate rainforest area of the Otway Ranges. It is home to the world’s tallest flowering tree and lush green foliage which can be explored via boardwalk.

With much of our wildlife calling the Great Ocean Road home, you are bound to see a variety of birdlife, koalas, kangaroos, wombat, echidna, and lucky guests may encounter a whale during migration season.

The centre piece of the Great Ocean Road is the Port Campbell National Park, which is the home of Victoria’s iconic 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and Gibsons Steps. Our world-famous rock formations and their surrounds are a sight to behold, whether from the boardwalks and lookouts, or a scenic helicopter flight.
