Your Exclusive Tours are committed to making our tour experiences available to as many potential guests as possible, including those with varying capacities, mobility issues, or other accessibility concerns.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and endeavour do our best to accommodate the needs of all our guests. We take the time to know and understand your accessibility and inclusion requirements as we create your customised itinerary.

Your Exclusive Tours has a fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles we use for touring and transfers. From our SUV to V-Class to our Sprinter, our vehicles support a wide variety of requirements, including the availability of steps and grab handles / rails.

Our vehicles have the ability to carry various collapsible wheelchairs, scooters, prams, strollers, or other mobility aids as required. Your Exclusive Tours regrets that we are unable to carry non-collapsible wheelchairs and mobility aids.

We supply complimentary child seats, being either a 5 point baby / toddler seat or booster seat.

Our team of Chauffeur Guides can offer additional assistance as required.
