During our Princess cruise, we decided to book a private tour with Your Exclusive Tours rather than purchasing an excursion through the cruise line, a decision that exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Kylie, demonstrated exceptional professionalism while maintaining an engaging and personable approach throughout the experience.
Kylie's extensive local knowledge and flexibility were particularly impressive. She successfully accommodated our planned itinerary while seamlessly incorporating a last-minute request when we discovered the Formula 1 Grand Prix was taking place that weekend. She made every effort to bring us as close to the track as possible, enhancing our overall Melbourne experience.

We had an unforgettable experience with Rob from Your Exclusive Tours. We booked two private day tours from Melbourne—one to Phillip Island and another to Puffing Billy and the Dandenong Ranges with him. Everything was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Rob picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Melbourne in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. He was warm, professional, and incredibly organized.
Rob went above and beyond to accommodate our request to visit a vegan café on Phillip Island, even rearranging our itinerary and bookings to make it happen. He provided great recommendations, was open to small itinerary tweaks, and helped us make the most of our time.

We had the most amazing experience on this tour. Our tour guide, Rob explained all the places of interest and took us to many sites along the Great Ocean Road, we arrived at the 12 Apostles and were completely blown away by the absolutely stunning views of the rock formations and rugged coastline. We were able to take lots of photos and Rob also took group photos of us. Your Exclusive Tours provided a very comfortable, professional and personalized way to enjoy this tour
